Questions you may have about our work together:
Where are you located?
My office is located on the second floor of the Left Bank, located at 5 Bank Street in the heart of
North Bennington, Vermont.

The Left Bank served the community as a bank for almost 150 years. The former banking space, the Lobby, is used as a an art gallery, a studio for yoga, poetry readings, conferences, movies and community events.

I am also available to meet virtually; I use Zoom as a confidential, HIPPA compliant platform.

What are your fees?
My fee for a 53 minute session is $175.
90 minute sessions are billed at $250.
Do you offer reduced fee sessions?
I am committed to making therapy accessible and offer sliding-scale fees based on individual circumstances. Currently, these reduced-fee spots are limited and are prioritized for established clients.
What if I am in crisis?
IF YOU ARE A CURRENT CLIENT IN CRISIS - please call me. Hopefully we can work together to create a plan for your safety until we meet again.
**If we are not already working together or if you cannot wait for a return call and there is immediate danger -
please - call 988 immediately or go to your nearest emergency room**
Do you accept insurance?
Beginning in 2026, my practice will operate on a private pay, out-of-network model. This transition allows me to remain fully present in my work, honor your privacy, and practice with clinical integrity.

Is it possible to be reimbursed for our sessions from my insurance company?
While I will no longer be an in-network provider, I will furnish you with a monthly Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Because coverage is highly dependent on your specific plan, please contact your insurance provider directly to verify your benefits. I am happy to supply you with key questions to ask them.

Additionally, you are welcome to utilize your FSA or HSA funds to pay for our sessions.

Please reach out with any questions, I’m willing to work with you to find an approach that feels manageable.
What if I have to cancel my session?
When we schedule a session, that time is reserved exclusively for your work. To respect both your commitment and my practice's needs, I require 48 hours notice for all cancellations or reschedules. This allows me to best use the canceled time and offer it to others who may be waiting for support.

If notice is not given within the 48-hour window, or in the case of a no-show, a $100 fee will be incurred. This fee is charged directly to you and must be paid before scheduling your next session.

Please note that two occurrences of missed appointments (no-show or late cancellation) will result in the conclusion of our work together, as consistent attendance is vital for therapeutic success. Exceptions to these policies will be made only for emergency situations.
