My services are covered by most insurances.* I will make every effort to obtain authorization from your insurance company when required by me and will complete all necessary paperwork in a timely manner so that you session will be covered. Should any services not be covered due to failure on your part to obtain any authorization or complete paperwork that is your responsibility, you will be responsible for payment. All payments are expected at the time services are rendered. If you have a co-pay, it is due at the time of your session. Cash, check and credit cards accepted. Navigating insurance can be quite complicated and I am happy to talk with you about a workable solution.
